Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Evido Decisions AS is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Evido platform. We take your privacy seriously and process personal data only as necessary to provide the Service.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use Evido Decisions.

2. What We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

Account data: name and email address provided at signup.
Conversation data: questions you ask and responses you receive, stored per conversation.
Usage data: session metadata and basic analytics to improve the Service.
Payment data: handled directly by our payment provider; Evido does not store card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

All data is stored on European infrastructure (EU). User accounts, conversations, and message content are stored in Supabase (AWS eu-west-3, Paris, France). Application infrastructure is hosted on UpCloud within the European Union.

To generate responses, user queries are processed by Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic is a US-based provider; query content is transmitted outside the EU. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models.

No user data is shared with third parties for marketing purposes or sold. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

4. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and to object to processing. To exercise your rights, contact us at the address below.

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request and is standard for all Enterprise contracts.
