There is a Free tier with 10 questions per month and full citations on every answer, a Pro plan at a launch price of 999 NOK per month (regular price 1,299 NOK) with unlimited questions, answers tailored to your business context, industry, and seniority, full conversation history, the insights library, and priority answers, and an Enterprise plan with custom pricing, onboarding for leaders, and dedicated support. The first 100 to sign up lock in the launch price for their entire first year.
Yes. Accounts, conversations, and message content are stored within the European Union (Supabase on AWS in Paris, and infrastructure on UpCloud in the EU). To generate responses, queries are processed by Anthropic's Claude API, which does not use the data to train its models. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request and is standard for all Enterprise contracts.
No. Evido is decision support, a supplement and indicator, not a substitute for professional judgment. It does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice, and the responsibility for any decision remains with you.
You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Consumers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Norwegian law. See our Terms of Service for the full details.
